Troy Weston joined Eldridge & Blakney, P.C. after graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008 with his Doctor of Jurisprudence. While in law school, Mr. Weston was awarded two consecutive one‐year appointments as Judicial Advisor/Law Clerk in the university’s Office of Judicial Affairs. He further achieved academic excellence awards in both Family Law and Trial Advocacy. He was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal society.

Mr. Weston graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, magna cum laude, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Classics. While enrolled as an undergraduate student, he was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa, Mortar Board, Omicron Delta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and Order of Omega honor societies. Mr. Weston was further awarded the Davis‐Zwingle award for outstanding student leadership in 2004, and chosen as a Howard H. Baker, Jr. Scholar.

Mr. Weston is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Employment Lawyers Association, and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also an active member of Smithwood Baptist Church in Fountain City.
